Letter #34: 11.5.13

Aloha,

I’m starting to work out every night with those weights that I found in our apartment.  I sent you the pic of me working out.  It’s so funny cause some of the Elders I serve with....well, I’m stronger then them....ha, ha!  I told you a ittle about us moving the bakery.  That was so much fun.  I do so much service here on my mission.  And it’s funny cause they never like to ask the sisters for hard work and I always show them up... cause I can work just as hard as the elders.  I guess that’s one of the things I have to work on is to let the elders feel like men and not get out dun from a sister...LOL.:)  Time is going by so fast.  It’s funny this transfer went by so fast but also felt like one big transfer too.  Well it felt like one big transfer cause not one of us from my ward got transferred out.  But now looking at it...its coming up to my 6 weeks of the transfer and this Saturday is transfer calls.  So yes time is going by so fast but not fast enough for Fia.  Well that’s what she keeps on telling me.  I’m just getting lost in the work, but today and yesterday I’ve been very sick.  So today I been resting to get better.  So I want to be all healthy .  I do think I am the one leaving the area...so I’m going to miss it a lot.  It’s like my home.  I ‘ve been here for 6 months.  That’s a long time.  I just love all the people here so much.

Hey did Pena Moors come home from his mission?  Cause I think he should be home or coming home soon.  Well if you see him tell him “Hi” for me.

I love you all so very much and miss so much my ohana.  Make sure that none of my kids forget me.  Maybe you guys can do a video of all of them for FHE and put iot on a flash drive so I can watch it or on a SD card and I can watch it on my camera.

Stay well...lots of love from Tacoma.

Always with love and Aloha,  Sister Casey

I will try to make a video for you guys on Thanksgiving for the family.

Oh ya, I forgot to tell you that we just found out on Halloween that one of the members of the 12 and 70’s are coming to Washinton to talk to us missionaries.  Pres. and sister Weaver said its been a very long time since a member of the 12 came to our mission.  We always get 70’s.  So we all are very excited.  And they are coming November 22.  So that’s news for you.  I always forget what to tell you guys but that’s why I am so happy to have journals and pictures of everything for I can remember.

Man a lot is changing back at home.  Fia keeps me up dated.  All my friends from school are having babies or going on their missions.  A lot from school who I will never think they would ever go on a mission are going.  Funny how that works and the power of repentance.
